I have used jay adams for a couple different cases..1 in fairborn and 3 in montgomery county..he has done an outstanding job..he got me in and out of the court room..and he got me a great deal every time..this man is very busy. He may not return every call, but believe me he gets the job done..he is ...very well liked and respected in the courts..he will fight for you..and he will stick beside you..i say your crazy if you dont hire jay adams...

In the beginning he was all fired up about my case, said it was a simple case, should take about a month....9 months later, I had my final hearing. Paid this man $2500.00 up front and the days I was required to go to court, all he did was sit back and let her side dictate what was going to happen. He... never kept me informed on anything that was going on and was impossible to reach and terrible at returning my calls. He acted like I was an idiot for calling and bothering him and his paralegal was just as rude. I've been waiting 3 months for my decree and his return phone call as to why I don't have it yet. Don't waste your time, money or energy on this lawyer because all you will get in return is frustrated.

I hired this attorney two to three years ago for a custody matter. He agreed to full custody case which included establishment of parenting time and the custody case itself. He allowed the defendants lawyer to establish parenting time with no rebuttal stating that we would focus on custody. Even whe...n the parenting time was not adhered to, he didn't fill charges. He was never prepared, never talked to any witnesses that I listed, hardly ever returned phone calls. After the establishment of parenting time, I decided that this attorney was not equipped to handle our represent my best interest. I paid 3500 up front for the entire two part process. He has not given the custody monies back after he was let go. He has not responded. Although he knows he did not completed any work on the custody hearing. Do not pay this attorney up front. Not an honest person with good work ethics.

Hands down best attorney in ohio! I have used his services on several occasions and that of his associates. I have always received the utmost respect n dedication. Mr. Adams fought hard for me even when the so called "evidence" was stacked against me! I owe this man so much for his expert represen...tation and his advice as a friend! . If you're ever in need for legal representation you can do no wrong by hiring this law firm!
