Robert Gurry, Estate planning Attorney on Sep 28, 2017
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Dave is a trusts and estates certified specialist, but he is much more. He is a top litigator. I hired Dave to defend our family against a major corporation in one of the most important legal matters of our lives, because I had complete confidence in his legal skills, ability as a litigator, negotiator and adviser. But most importantly, I knew he would take time, explain, work with me, not fight to 'keep the meter running', and treat our family and our case with attentiveness and professionalism. He did, and he delivered. I should say that I know most of the best lawyers in town. Dave and I were law school classmates graduating at the top our class and on law review together. I hired him and have continued to refer past clients and close friends to him not just because of his extraordinary legal acumen, but because I know without fear of error, that every client will be treated as I would want to be treated, and was. That is uncommon in any profession.
