Highly Recommend

Amy recently handled my teenage son's case involving a car accident. She walked us through the process every step of the way and took time to make sure we understood all the options and potential outcomes. She stayed in constant communication throughout and was very professional. The final outcome wa...s a small fine- which was even better than we had hoped!

Case Dismissed

Ms. Ferguson represented me in a traffic matter. I have dealt with the court system and was extremely nervous because I've had terrible experiences with previous attorneys. Ms. Ferguson was easy to reach and always responsive to my questions and concerns. I was facing a long license suspension, whic...h would of meant losing my job. In the end she was able to have my case dismissed. Ms. Ferguson saved my license, which saved my job meaning I would be able to continue to provide for my family. I highly recommend Ms. Ferguson.

Recommend for DUI Case

Earlier this year I was pulled over for drunk driving in Columbus, Ohio. To complicate the situation I didn’t have a valid license at the time. The entire incident was recorded on the police cruiser’s dash cam and I was taken to jail for the night. Despite the incident being on video Ms. Ferguson ...was able to reduce my charges from a DUI, Driving Without a License, Failure to Signal and Seatbelt Violation to just a Reckless Operation. I was facing serious jail time but with her representation I was able to merely attend an alcohol education class. Franklin County is notorious for being tough on drunk driving but Ms. Ferguson got me the result I wanted. She kept me updated throughout the case and drove up to Columbus from Dayton on multiple occasions to get the job done. I would recommend her to anyone facing criminal charges in the future.
