April has been my attorney for Over 5 years.. Anytime I get any court papers (all over my kids usually) they are placed in her hands minutes later! April isn't only dedicated, professional, and on top of things, she's also a great ear. I am a very emotional person. April makes me feel comfortable an...d listens to any and all concerns I have. I recommend her to anybody who asks if I know a good Attorney. She's been through 2 custody battles with me over the 5 years and a few other cases. Prices are pretty reasonable about what you could expect to pay for a great attorney. I will trust nobody else with my babies like I trust April!

April worked on my residential parenting case that resulted in a victory for my son and me. I live in Columbus and my case was in Clinton County, where my ex-wife lives. The first visit I had with April I asked if my case was worth taking, she said yes. I then asked if she would take the case even if she knew that the outcome would be a loss, she said absolutely not and to get a second opinion if I wanted. Needless to say that I did not get a second opinion and decided that April was the right attorney for me. Over the next year or so she checked in once a month or so to make sure I didn’t have any questions or if anything new pertaining to the case came up. Anytime I had a question or needed to consult I could call or email and knew that I would get a response typically the same day, if not the next day. Long story short April was great to work with and she got the job done! Fingers crossed I never have to use her again but if that changes, without hesitation April will be the one I call.

Our case was some what special circumstances becaused it involved multiple clients filing together to obtain an Emergency Temporary Custody. Competent counsel was crucial since children's lives de...pending heavenly on the outcome. April was that conduit that made us comfortable putting our children and grandchildren in the hands of her and her firm. Attorney Marlett listened, addressed, communicated and made us feel apart of the decision making process. We were guided to multiple outcomes but was encourage to seek a possible judgement that all parties would agree on. April represented me in a child custody case. I had made some terrible choices in my life which resulted in me having supervised visitation with my children. Within a few weeks of my retaining April, the supervised visits were dropped from the order since I am doing well and have turned my life aro...und.
