April Hermine Marlett

April was and is Amazing!!! God sent her to us when we needed her most. We were foster parents and heading toward adoption with our foster son. However, the county director tried to move our son to another family (she has a relationship with that family) for them to adopt him. April stepped up to the... task and fought for us the entire way! We were matched with our foster son and just adopted him! Had it not been for April, the director would have overturned the decision and we would have lost our son whom we had had since he left the NICU. She was always there when we needed her. I could count on her at anytime and when I was having anxiety over the case she was there to help me off the ledge ; ) She is professional, caring, and truly does what is in the best interest of the children! I highly recommend her!!! If she doesn’t know the way, she will find it!!

When an adoption situation became messy, April helped us bring our baby home. We were at a loss and feared our baby would end up with strangers but thanks to her guidance, and additional supporting people, we have been able to care for our bundle of joy since her birth. April was quick with everythi...ng and answered every question!
