April has been THE single most knowledgeable and helpful person regarding ex-spousal support for my adult mentally challenged daughter. April's perseverance has most likely altered the mindset of the judges who are determined to "cut off" support for the challenged over the age of 22. She was able ...to bring to light that support for the challenged SHOULD not - and DOES not stop for the life of the adult child. She began by taking on the simple fact that the "Castle v Castle" statement had been omitted by another lawyer in previous support documents - monumentous undertaking and was the basis of ex-spouse complaint. The next hurdle was to convince the judge that just because there had not been an appeal at age 22, my daughter should still receive support. April was steadfast and determined. I first consulted April and was given excellent advice regarding a potential crisis situation involving my minor grandchild.
