I hired April after having problems with another attorney for a custody case. I had 14 days to file an objection and I was running out of time. It was day 13 and she worked late into the night and personally hand delivered it to the court on day 14. She was exactly what I needed. She kept it very re...al with me and when my mommy emotions got the best of me she brought me back to reality even if it was hard to hear. Initially we were up against a sleazy attorney and she handled herself way better than I ever could and her strategies were always on point. She even had a baby during our case and unless you physically saw her you would have never known. I think her being a mom gave her an edge on handling my emotions and helping me understand when I wasn’t being reasonable. She also answered my questions and concerns any time I reached out. All in on she was on top of all the details of our case. She literally kicked every attorneys ass we went up against. She is my inspiration and is the only attorney I will call but no offense I hope I don’t have to call you again! At least not for a case! I can’t say enough about her!

April is a precise, well orchestrated, professional and compassionate about the law and her clients. As a mother that was deliberately kept away from her daughter bc the father was on the run, hoping around and controlling about the situation, April was exactly who I needed. Getting a lawyer is sca...ry, your money, your time, your trust has to go into a person that you sit in an office and meet. I met April, told her my story and she had a plan right away. I had went through several police departments, tried to get CPS involved and everything, I couldn't bc I didn't have his address and I had nobody to help me find him. I was lucky enough to check county jails to find him in jail and got the addres. The next day, I met with April. As a mother, that gave birth to this child and had to go through so many hoops just to get her, it was terrifying everyday. April was more than a lawyer, that word can easily be dropped for me..anytime I felt a crisis was rising, my anxiety got the best of me, she reassured me she had my back and we would win. She's so intelligent, knows the law, knows the right questions to ask and is very personable. She's a firecracker in court, if you will. My daughter experienced quite a bit of trauma bouncing from house to house, her dad always being in jail and him leaving her with whatever women was suitable at the time. Today we made pancakes, wrote our ABCs, played with chalk, messed around with the dollhouse and was able to let her simply be a child. How do you thank someone for that? She's more than a Lawyer, she's a good person and fights for what's right in this world. Who else would you want on your side?

I have a busy schedule, so I received my ticket, I was worried about the time it would take. Fear not! I handled my ticket with April all over the phone! I posed 14 questions and made 2 requests over 20-day time period. April had an answer every single time, all within 4 hours…most times quicker.... When you are going through the legal process, the one thing you can’t appreciate enough is someone who can give you the answers you need…when you need them. April was up front, knowledgeable, accessible, and again very quick with answers. Highly recommend April to anyone going to court.

Our case was for a CPO against another girl who assaulted our daughter. Hiring an attorney was something we didn't think we would ever need, unfortunately we needed one. April navigated through all of the things that were confusing to us with ease and knowledge. She made sure our daughter knew she wa...s the priority. April always made our options very clear, if we had questions she answered them very quickly! She negotiated for us with the other attorney so that our daughter was protected while dealing with all the issues that arose.
