April Hermine Marlett

I obtained attorney April Marlett for her services for a traffic violation. I was cited for Wreckless Op. and this would have been my 2nd moving violation within 12 months. There was a mandatory court appearnace and I knew for sure my drivers license was at risk, which I cannot afford to lose since... I travel and drive for work. I was very stressed about the situation and April stayed on top of it, had great communication with me throughout the entire process. The results she got for me were amazing. She arranged for the violation to be completely dismissed as long as I didn't get pulled over or obtained any additional moving violations for the next 6 months. So I was extra careful for the next 6 months and the citation was dismissed, as if it never happened! I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. No record of the citation, no points on my driving record, no increase in insurance costs. As if it just disappeared! I've used a few other attorneys for various speeding tickets and moving violations and never have I been able to get as good of an outcome as I did with using Attorney April Marlett. I will definately be using Attorney April Marlett again and would highly recommend her.

April Marlett is very knowledgeable in the law and legal research, while being dedicated, focused, and compassionate to her clients needs. After more than 60 Court appearances regarding child support for my special-needs daughter, April Marlett finally got a justified resolution for my daughter. Sh...e was always prepared and professional, both in and out of Court. If I ever need legal advice or representation in the future for any legal issue, I will seek it through April Marlett, and she will be the only attorney I recommend to family and friends.

I would absolutely recommend April Marlett to anyone needing an attorney. If I need another attorney in the future I would turn to her. If she doesn't handle that type of case I completely trust her recommendations. She helped guide me through getting a quick dissolution after a very long marriage.... She gave me guidance so that I was able to keep my retirement. She said we needed to act quickly and it certainly was. Thank goodness for that. If I had delayed the process at all the outcome would not have been good for me. She was looking out for MY best interests. I am and will forever be grateful for the service that she performed.
