I was given mr laux number from another law firm when I called seeking advise about a landlord eviction. MR Laux answered the phone very quickly and was very patient with me as I asked for answers to some eviction questions. Mr Laux is not like most lawyers you speak to whom wants money to even answe...r a question. He was very straight forward in explaining to me the answer to my questions, He was very honest in how he responded also. Before contacting Mr luax I had contacted 6 other law firms with the same question and even paid a 15.00 fee for five of them to get nothing but a simple" it all depends". Or i would be glad to represent you for a fee of 175 00 down today Nd the other 300 before court". MR Laux actually told me that I should not need a lawyer if I had the things I said I had. He Advised me to be at court early, not late not on time " early" with all my evidence printed out for judge to see. He also let me know if I was short on funds or could not afford a attorney and felt I still needed one I could call legal aid, or H.o.m.e and provided the numbers. So I'm letting everyone know if you want a intelligent very knowledgeable attorney to fight for you he is your man!!!!!
