The day I got my OVI Rob called me back IMMEDIATELY, while I was still at the sheriff’s station, on a Sunday. Rob provided quick council and gave me his cell number to call on Monday. Throughout the court proceedings I only had to appear twice, the final appearance for sentencing. I cannot express ad...equately how appreciative I am for Rob's services. I've dealt with attorneys in the past, where I've paid thousands of dollars and receive what feels like minimal attention. Rob is very knowledgeable in his area. His expertise and advice were unsurpassed. I not only had extreme confidence in Rob's ability but was able to put my mind at ease while we went through this process. Rob was able to work with the prosecuting attorney and then get agreement from the Judge to dismiss several charges and plead to a 1st DUI, this was my 3rd offence. We just went back to court (after 15 months) and Rob was able to get my license back, no restrictions (I've had interlock for the past 14 months with no fails). I cannot express the gratitude I have for Rob. I realize that he is being paid for his service, but his attitude is like none I’ve experienced when dealing with an attorney for this type of matter. He was not judgmental but caring. His knowledge of the laws and how best to approach each case is unsurpased. I've not had this much confidence in an attorney prior to this experience. I can say that while I naturally worried about the outcome, I never worried that I was going to be inadequately represented. Don’t question the cost – an attorney that knows what they’re doing, cares about the outcome for you and has an overall concern for your best interest is priceless. Put his number in your cell phone! You never think it will happen to you but when you get pulled over and have had even one drink and the officer can smell alcohol (or at least he says he does) you need to know what to do. I got pulled over for crossing over into another lane on I 75 and thought I ...was fine even though over a period of five hours I had four drinks. I didnt have an attorney and googled OVI/DUI and found Suhre and got a call from Rob Healey. Immediately I felt at ease as he asked me all the right questions and didnt pressure me to use him. He knew exactly what I should do and gave me excellent advice. I hired him and got my case reduced to a reckless op, much better . Very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable of all the area courts and judges. I usually dont write reviews but this one I had to as he was so helpful.

Rob Healey- I was arrested for a OVI in Cincinnati and blew twice the legal limit. This was my first time offense, and I am a healthcare professional that could have my job and license to practice jeopardized over such charges. I decided to have Rob represent me due to his success rate and initial... conversation. Rob returned my initial phone call within 15 minutes, and spent over an hour on the phone explaining the charges I was facing and answering any questions. This was all on his own time before I even agreed for him to represent me. From then on he continued to offer immediate attention and address any concerns that arose. He even went the extra mile in contacting the state board to answer some questions about the impact this could potentially have on my license to practice. In court he was very organized and professional. He was able to establish weaknesses in the prosecutors case and to act upon them. The end result was the OVI charge and all others were dropped to Wreckless Driving. I faced the minimum penalties and court fees. It also resulted in a Non-Reporting probation and fewer points on my license. Rob definitely put the time into this case and worked very hard for the optimal outcome. Without his persistence I feel the consequences would have been much worse. I would highly recommend Rob for anyone facing OVI/DUI charges, and especially someone who is a professional whose job or license may depend on the outcome of the case.

Robert Healey was wonderful to work with. He kept everything professional, answered all my questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. It is obvious he is very knowledgeable, as he answered my questions with many details and had various recommendations on what I myself could do to help m...y sentence. I had a lot of negative evidence against me: underage drinking, driving under the influence, extremely high BAC, very young, etc. Despite all this, Robert managed to get me great results! I received no jail time, no OVI (just reckless driving ticket), no penalty for underage drinking. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney, thanks Robert!

I chose Suhre & Associates because of their experience in handling OVI cases and the positive reviews I had seen on the internet. I was not disappointed. Robert was knowledgeable in how the Butler County court system worked and was did a great job in managing my expectations. The outcome was bette...r than expected with minimum penalties. Don't hire an attorney based on price alone. There are those that will defend you for less money, but you get what you pay for. It's all about experience and good relationships with the court system.
