     I focus my practice on the areas of OVI/DUI criminal defense and Social Security Disability. I graduated from Salmon P. Chase College of Law and was licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio in 1998. While earning my degree, I was honored by being chosen by the American Inns of Court, an honor given due to my committment and aptitude toward litigation.

     I am licensed to practice law in Ohio State and Federal Court. I have worked in both the public and private sector and my background is comprised of experience representing clients in many areas including: criminal, civil, property, probate, juvenile, business and family law. I have litigated cases in Hamilton, Clermont, Butler, Warren, & Brown Counties.

     I am passionate about my work and my clients best interests. I understand how trouble with the law can wreak havoc on every aspect of your life: family, employment, day-to-day driving privileges, and future endeavors, be it personal or employment related. I want to help you prevent any further interruptions by this matter to your life. My ultimate goal is your satisfaction, a goal which I work diligently to achieve.

Juvenile OVI Case
David Gast recently represented my son during his OVI case and was able to get the sentence reduced. David is a very passionate lawyer. He let us know what would happen during each step of the case and shared his strategy of how he would help my son. David is a highly skilled and experienced lawyer. Excellent Lawyer
I highly recommend David Gast. He is very honest. I feel that I have had other lawyer that promised me stuff that couldn't get, and flat out lied to me in some cases. However, Mr. Gast is always up front. He is kind and isn't judgemental. He is a very understanding lawyer. I have been grateful I found him as my lawyer. I am very thankful for all his help at a reasonable price.

The best legal representation that I have ever received
David was able to work with the prosecutor to reduce the mandatory sentence that I was facing which had included jail time. He works very hard for his clients and genuinely cares. David was always in communication with me throughout my ordeal and frankly it's the first time that I've ever had a lawyer that didn't take a check and disappear until the court date. He's absolutely the best and I highly recommend him for any level of defense.

My name is Michael and I was very fortunate to have David Gast represent me with a DUI. He was very knowledgeable, straightforward and honest and was able to mitigate my original case (handled by a different lawyer), which in turn allowed me to keep my job. Every single part of the process including the outcome was explained to me and went exactly how he said it would. You can count on David when he gives you his word. David was great at explaining every aspect of my case to me so that I could understand what was happening and walked me through the entire process. David was available to answer any question or concern that I had and would respond immediately, which was a great relief when dealing with this very stressful ordeal. I put all of my faith in David and it turned out great. I would give the highest recommendation to David Gast if you are facing a DUI.

Highly recommended attorney
David Gast was my attorney who recently represented me in my DUI case. He was professional and knowledgeable. He explained things in laymans terms without sounding condescending. It was resolved quickly and the outcome was better and less expensive than I thought!!! If I ever need an attorney again I will definitely use David Gast.
