She really, truly felt horrible for what my 4 year old had been going through for honestly 2 years. As a Mother, she’s very smart when it comes to children. She was there to put together things I wouldn’t have. I just thought I wanted to ask for contempt and custody but she thought the situation call...ed for an emergency. He put us through so much in six months following the divorce, denying visits, being late multiple times, talking about inappropriate things in front of daughter, that I’m pulling my hair out. I‘ve actually offered to split winter break when I was supposed to keep her yet he offered ONE DAY like it even made sense. I hope I get to meet her for one day of co counsel during the end of this battle that’s only yet begun.
