Biography
Mr. Norton specializes in civil litigation in Ohio and Kentucky, primarily in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death and medical and dental malpractice. He also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of civil litigation.
He is co-author of “Ohio Personal Injury Practice Forms & Comment”, published by Banks-Baldwin in 1994. In addition, he has lectured for the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, Workcor Seminar Management, Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing, National Business Institute, Inc., American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and has been a contributor to the Cincinnati Bar Report, and the Academy of Medicine Magazine.
