"I endorse this lawyer. Paul works at Phillips Law Firm, Inc. Paul's disciplinary issue resulted from him being appointed trustee over a Trust that contained illegally obtained money. Paul was by all accounts a victim, but because he was the Trustee, the prosecutor charged him with money laundering - a crime which he did not knowingly commit. Law review articles have been written on the outcome of Paul's case due to the injustice done. If you have any reservations, set them aside. Paul knows more about estate planning, probate, and trust work than any other lawyer I know. As the Supreme Court of Ohio wrote when it reinstated Paul to practice, "If you know Paul, you trust him." I know Paul, and that is why I hired him."
