I met Mr. Peller in 2018, I found Ken’s contact online after talking and meeting with several lawyers. When I first met with ken, I felt I finally find the right person. Till today, I have been feeling fortunate and greatful that I found him and made the decision to have him as my attorney. Ken is... a great attorney with lots of experience. He truly listened to me, to what I wanted and to what I had concern about then give me his advise. Ken replies phone calls as soon as he can If he missed one. And the email exchanges with Ken were also on time and informational. My case involved a young child and last over a year, it was a difficult time especially when the other party was using what he knew about the law telling lies, threatening and harassing me. But I could always get assured from Ken that the other party did not have a stand at all. And it was proven that he was right every time. My case had to go to the court after all. In a nutshell, Ken had prepared me and the case really well, his performance on the court went beyond my expectation. Finally, we won. Property was divided fairly. Most importantly, I got the kind of custody I wanted for my child. I will definitely recommend Ken to the people I know who needs help and advise.

We were referred to Ken by a family member after my husband was hit by a drunk driver who had state minimum insurance. "Caring" and "trustworthy" are two words one might not use in the same sentence as "lawyer". But they can be applied to Ken Peller. When my husband of ~40 years had an affair and said he wanted a divorce, I asked trusted friends for some attorney recommendations; I received Ken's name twice so contac...ted him online and set up an initial no-strings-attached consultation. Ken took meticulous notes, answered all of my questions and carefully laid out the legal process that would likely follow. I was very clear that I didn't want to be the one to file for divorce, and regardless of how long it took my husband to file, I was willing to wait. Ken accepted my position, understood my reasons and never once pressured me to go against my own instincts. From the day my husband moved out, it took 3 long years to get through this process (11 months for my husband to finally engage his own attorney, 22 more months for a Separation Agreement to be hammered out and 3 more months until the divorce was finalized), yet Ken continued to patiently provide wise counsel and made sure each stage of the process felt "right" to me before moving forward; floating on a sea of chaos, pain and a decent dose of fear, Ken's willingness to give me some control over how and when things moved along gave me confidence that I'd make it through to the end in one piece.
