As the title says I was living in fear I could finally no longer avoid my IRS issue. Howard at once on the first call assured me that I wasn't going to go through this alone and that he would do his very best. Howard delivered as promised and I now am in a workable agreement with the IRS with a real ...path forward. I can't say enough about Howard's real concern and assurance. I would whole heartedly recommend Howard to anyone that asks me.
