I was starting the process of an Offer in Compromise (O.I.C) with the IRS in September 2009. My former attorney referred me to a specialist. We had tried to resolve our IRS situation in 2009 with another attorney, and we spent a lot of time of money and time to only have a very disappointing outcome which ultimately did not work.
