Howard Samuel Levy

I have dealt with a number of tax attorneys. Howard is the first attorney that gave me direction that is best for me and not what necessarily benefited him (financially). Howard presented me different options that no other tax attorney has mentioned. His knowledge of tax law and the IRS is unmatched ...in my book. I strongly recommend Howard even if you are out of state as I am.

We had tried to resolve our IRS situation in 2009 with another attorney, and we spent a lot of time of money and time to only have a very disappointing outcome which ultimately did not work. In 2014 we received a surprise notice from the IRS that sent our world into a tailspin. We just happene...d to come across Mr. Levy through an internet search. He quickly analyzed our situation and made a recommendation that was workable for us and the IRS. Mr. Levy is highly skilled in his area of expertise but he also knows how to explain the complex rules of the IRS so that a layperson can easily understand them. He is very timely in responding to questions. And he thinks outside the box offering creative practical solutions. Howard was thorough and knowledgeable about our tax issue. We thought it was going to be impossible to settle the issue.
