I work with Probate, Elder Law, and Estate Planning clients in Hamilton County, Butler County, and Warren County. Occasionally I work with clients in other Ohio counties, such as Adams, Brown, Clermont, Montgomery, and Clark as well. I am able to meet with clients in my Blue Ash, West Chester, and Hyde Park offices. I am also able to work with clients remotely. When necessary, I can visit clients at their homes or in hursing homes. However, please note that I do not do litigation nor mediation.
I am happy to consult with potential clients to determine whether their loved ones left assets that must be probated, or whether Medicaid is a good option for those in nursing homes, or discuss options to allow others to handle matters if they are unable to do that, or to discuss ways to avoid probate at their death.
