Additionally, Ohio allows the creation of a Special Needs Trust for disabled children w...hich I wished to create for my adult brother. I found Beverly to be very knowledgeable in regard to the Medicaid process, and she made the application very easy for us. Although she had never created a Special Needs Trust, she immediately did her research and sought out the advice of colleagues who had. We were able to get both accomplished. I found Beverly to be very pleasant and extremely easy to work with. She was detailed about her services and up front about her fees. She was knowledgeable, but also seemed to have a variety of resources when she needed to seek out answers. I truly appreciated that she valued prompt communication and found her easy to reach either by phone or email. I have, and will continue to highly recommend Beverly Stull for elder law issues.
