Biography
My clients have alsways been my highest priority. I began my legal career as an Criminal Prosecutor in Cincinnati trying several hundred criminal cases each for six years. After a working for a short time for a large law firm, I left to start my own private practice in northern Cincinnati in the Blue Ash/Montgomery area. I met my law partner of 40 years in a jury trial wherein, I was the prosecuting attorney and he was defending. We formed our own law firm 35 years ago and have added partners and associates, but our partnership still continues. In 1980 we purchased our own building at 9000 Plainfield Road in Blue Ash and have remained there with our firm and several other associated attorneys.
I've been married for 45 years and have two beautiful daughters. I have several outside interests including photography, fly-fishing, hiking and traveling the world. I'm also very proud to be a Certified Barbeque Judge with the Kansas City Barbeque Society.
Above all, I truly enjoy practicing law and doing my best to help my clients. It’s been a very satisfying and rewarding career.

My experience with Phil Logan
Phil was honest and seemed as though he was genuinely interested in my case. He was very good about questioning specific details, making me feel as though he had my best interest at heart. I especially felt that way after watching my exwife's attorney at work!

The worst!
I hired this man in MY behalf in a divorce case and he did nothing for me but did MORE for my ex wife than myself. I was laid off for over 15 months and my ex wife and her attorney still wants more money from me because of how this idiot drew up the divorce decree under my protest. He told me to acce...

If you or any client is unhappy as to how the process is progressing, your always free to find another attorney that you feel is more understanding to your needs. Divorce is a difficult process and I cant change the law or the circumstances that put you in the situation you were in when you came to me. I wish you would have expressed your concerns when we were together.
