James August Vogele

Mr. Vogele is a caring, devoted man who was the 'saving-grace' of my life. When in 2001 I found myself wrongly being prosecuted for charges that were not based in fact, Mr. Vogele took the time to review my case and was able to see I was not guilty of the initial charge; and was able to reduce it to ...a less impacting offense. I have been trying to find him for years now to thank him soo much!!! Had it not been for Mr. Vogele, my integrity may have been ruined. After 12 years, I am now considering to see if Mr.Vogele might aid me in having the record exponged alltogether. My oldest daughter will be 13 soon, and we've 2 Autistic sons (5 & 8) and I'd like to get my past off the 'radar.' My husband and I have been married 24 yrs now, but are in financial crisis since "08 and economic fall. We haven't even wedding bands because we needed to pawn them for money for school provisions for the 3 kids several years ago when I become very ill with a vomiting disorder that left me emaciated and clinging to life for over 3 years! We need assistance as well with a Bankruptsy filing. :-) Trying to keep our chins up!
