In the world of addiction people become jaded, understandably. They've heard all the stories and all the excuses a million times, but Mr. Dameron didn't let this stop him from listening to myself and my mother after being asked by the Judge to take my mothers case. He wasn't paid anything and he di...dn't let that stop him from spending hours researching and putting together evidence to help us prove my mother was wrongly violated on her probation, and subsequently, incarcerated. Thanks to him my mother is now free. She doesn't have to serve 6 months in the justice center and complete an in-patient treatment program afterwards, which is what the Judge stated was her plan to sentence my mother to going into court that morning. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney than Mr. Dameron. He will give his clients all the time and attention needed to work the case. He listenns and he genuinely cares for his clients.
