Mr. Dameron impressed me in multiple ways. In the world of addiction people become jaded, understandably. They've heard all the stories and all the excuses a million times, but Mr. Dameron didn't let this stop him from listening to myself and my mother after being asked by the Judge to take my mothers case. He wasn't paid anything and he di...dn't let that stop him from spending hours researching and putting together evidence to help us prove my mother was wrongly violated on her probation, and subsequently, incarcerated. Thanks to him my mother is now free. She doesn't have to serve 6 months in the justice center and complete an in-patient treatment program afterwards, which is what the Judge stated was her plan to sentence my mother to going into court that morning. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney than Mr. Dameron. He will give his clients all the time and attention needed to work the case. He listenns and he genuinely cares for his clients. If any friend or family member needs an attorney in the future, Mr. Dameron is who I will always recommend!

..... I met with Jon to discuss what seemed to me to be a hopeless situation. I felt so defeated having been accused of something I would never even consider in a thought. I was stuck on the fact a person could simply make up a lie and without even a question by officials, a warrant is issued, a huge... bond put in place and it’s days before my voice is even heard. Polite but stern in his words Jon was able to pull me out of my feelings of “I can’t believe this is happening” and on to the reality of “This has happened and this is how it’s rectified”. He was detailed in explaining the process ahead and was careful to give all pros and cons for each decision to be made yet supportive of any direction I chose to go. In the end we were met with a positive outcome and without question I know who to call in the future should another situation present itself.
