Ann L Lugbill

 Ann Lugbill’s national litigation practice focuses on False Claims Act qui tam litigation, as well as whistleblower retaliation, employment, legal ethics, attorneys fees, and other complex and class action litigation. She wrote the article, False Claims Act Qui Tam Suits and False Claims Act Employee Whistleblower Protections in the book, Litigating Wrongful Discharge Cases (West), originally edited by Paul Tobias, Esq., the founder of the National Employment Lawyers Association. She authored or co-authored several employment and False Claims Act-related books, chapters, and articles, including Representing the Terminated Employee in Ohio (Anderson Publishing) and False Claims Act: Whistleblower Litigation (Lexis). Ann is a charter member of the Ohio State Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Specialty Board, the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association (OELA), and co-chairs Ohio’s Josh Morrow Workplace Fairness Fund, a charitable fund that assists selected employment discrimination plaintiffs with funds for costs of litigation.
