I was having surgery and at the last minute thought - I really should have a will. I contacted Michael Bailey because of his fantastic reviews and found that they were 100% correct. I would not have been upset had he not be able to get my work done before my surgery date - but he worked late and on the weekend and got it done (I know because he would email and call at times most people would not be working - and I appreciate it).
