Charles Lyle Hinegardner

After 18 months of hiring Mr. Heingardner he repeatedly asked me to file a 41(a). He and an associate of his did not file a form with the courts in time and my case could have been dismissed with or without prejudice. On several other occasions I could not get him to return phone messages, emails, an...d text messages. In some instances it took several months. On another occasion he had paperwork from the opposing side for several months that he did not forward to me on time and then he did telling me I had to have it done ASAP!! Not much communication, does not handle paperwork in a timely fashion, and did not do much research for the case which I had to do. All in all I would not recommend this attorney period. He didn't even tell me the truth about the missed filing of the paperwork OR apologize!
