Biography
John A. Schuh has extensive experience in Bankruptcy (All Chapters), Creditors Rights, Business Reorganizations and Debtor Work-Outs, Business Law, and Real Estate Foreclosures. After 43 years in this field he is not accepting any new clients.
He was a former Full Committee Member of the 2004 Local Rules, Forms and Practices Committee of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio and was member of the CM/ECF (Electronic Case Filing) Sub-Committee of the 2008 Local Rules, Forms and Practices Committee of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio that developed suggested rules for electronic case filings.
Appointed in 2007 by the Judges of the U.S. District Court to serve as a Special Master in federal foreclosure cases brought under diversity jurisdiction
He is a life time member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum acknowledging excellence in advocacy. Admission is limited to members who have obtained a verdict, award or settlement in the amount of one million dollars or more
