Deborah Lynn McPartlin

Deborah L. McPartlin is a partner at Wagner & Bloch LLC and practices exclusively in the area of Family Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from DePauw University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton. During law school, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judith A. King (Ret.) in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas Domestic Relations Division. She has extensive experience with family law and has represented clients in a number of matters including Collaborative Law, divorce, negotiated dissolution, legal separation, annulment, prenuptial agreements, parenting issues, support issues, and appellate cases. She has researched and contributed to articles and chapters for the Ohio State Bar Association and Sowald Morganstern Domestic Relations Law. Deborah is a certified family law mediator and trained collaborative practitioner in the state of Ohio. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Family Law Section), Ohio State Bar Association (Family Law Committee), Cincinnati Bar Association (Domestic Relations and Juvenile Law Committees), the Kentucky Bar Association, the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is a trained mediator and licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She represents clients in Hamilton, Clermont and Warren counties in Ohio.
