William Frank Oswall Jr.

William Oswall focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, criminal and family law, including appeals in each area. Will appears in state and federal courts throughout southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky.

A graduate of Ohio State University and Ohio Northern Law School, Will has extensive litigation and courtroom experience. He has successfully handled thousands of cases through settlement, bench trials, and jury trials. Will is also certified by the Supreme Court of Ohio to represent indigent clients in capital murder cases.

As part of his commitment to the profession, Will serves as a board member on the Cincinnati Bar Association Lawyer Referral Committee and has been appointed by the Mayor of Cincinnati to serve on the Human Services Advisory Committee. Will is licensed to practice in all Ohio and Kentucky Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is member of the Ohio, Kentucky, Cincinnati, Warren, and Montgomery County Bar Associations.
