I blew a tire and found myself charged with OVI. I was charged in the wrong venue multiple errors such as paperwork etc. were exposed in the case. Tad worked diligently to get my case moved to the correct jurisdiction and brokered a reduction with the Prosecutor to reckless operation. It's clear that Tad has a lot of experience in alcohol related incidents. He exceeded my expectations throughout the entire case. Got a DUI, and I wasn't DUI WAS the problem, but honestly proscuter's seem to care about convictions only not if your charge, fit the bill, or if there is responsible doubt, even if there is plenty of that without a good lawyer none of you being a law a bidding citizen, matters, with out someone like... tad your gonna get everything you don'the Desver, the thing is your gonna pay twice as what you would pay tad to represent you in the end, and public defenders even if all the evidence is infront of them that can get the case thrown out of court, most everyone knows if they actually did the right thing they won't have a job long , not only did mr.tad beat my DUI, but he even got the ticket beat, after all the courts efforts they did not get a single dollar from me, and I'm not doing community service, or blowing into a device, or making payments to a probation officer, or going to ridiculous CCR class, that would had costed another $700, with Tad you have a chance, THANKS TAD
