Unpleasant

She was very unkind when it came to actually getting stuff done for our family. Ms. Eckner finally spoke to us on the phone to put together our agreement, for the first time since our case began about five months prior, and got an attitude with us saying “that’s why I’m staying after 5pm on a Friday ...to speak to you guys on the phone” and laughed. We were very confused because it was our first group call entirely since the case began, after numerous excuses of already continuing our case due to her being sick and other reasonings. I feel as if she tells the side she’s speaking to what they want to hear, even if it’s untrue and doesn’t match with what she told the other party.
