Ruth Tincher Kelly

I've known Ruth for many years prior to her being my attorney, and honestly had no idea she was an attorney for many of those years. When Ruth heard that I was looking to adopt my step daughter, and began by asking me a few simple questions. I was hesitant because of the possible cost involved in t...he adoption, but just seeing the excitement in her face to be able to help someone put me at ease about the entire process. Ruth is a person who is very rooted in family and I am glad that someone with her knowledge and passion is working to make families whole. My now daughter is very shy and timid and Ruth was wonderful with her, helping her be relaxed during all meetings with her and in the courtroom. During the entire process Ruth was very diligent in passing on information and keeping us aware of what was currently happening as well as what to expect as the case progressed.
