Ruth was incredibly diligent and timely in all of our needs for the finalization of our adoption. She responded to our inquiry the first day and we had an appointment in person at our earliest availability. She was able to file our documents in person the day we met with her and secure our court da...te right away with no delays. Ruth was able to explain clearly what we should do to prepare for our court date and provided us with all necessary information in a timely, organized, and sensitive manner. At our hearing she helped navigate the court changes for the day and professionally managed the interactions we had with the magistrate who heard our case. Her facilitation of the adoption procedure gave us comfort and certainty that everything was being managed without error and with very close attention to detail. Ruth followed up with us with everything we needed to close our case and has continued to provide us with any documents or questions that we have had post-adoption finalization. Ruth was a critical help for us to ease our anxiety and concerns amidst a process that can be emotional and overwhelming for adoptive families.

We loved working with Ruth, she is super organized, always prepared, flexible and most importantly a very nice.
