I received a minor driving offense and hired Robert Hart to assist as my defense. I paid $400, had an almost perfect driving record, and after some weeks he informed me the states attorney was being “difficult “ to work with, and I should just go ahead and accept the charge, points, and pay the fine.... Absolutely the WORST representation I’ve ever had. Save your money or get a different attorney!!!

I am an OTR driver with over two million miles in my records and over the years I have had a few situations where I needed an attorney.
