Reed Henry Davis

Attorney Reed Davis joined the firm in 2021 as an associate. He concentrates his practice in general civil litigation, including commercial litigation and creditors’ rights. Reed enjoys being a litigator because his work allows him to advocate for clients when they need it most. He takes pride in being able to help his clients navigate challenging legal situations that could pose a threat to their businesses or livelihoods.

Reed became an attorney because the practice of law affects every industry and field. Litigation work in particular presents new and different challenges on a daily basis, encouraging him to think creatively and continually develop his skills in order to best position his clients for success in their legal matters. Reed appreciates that each client has a unique situation and unique needs, and he tailors his work to address those needs.

Understanding that the success or failure of litigation often turns on the smallest details, Reed is meticulous in his approach to his work. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate his commitment to his legal work and attention to detail.

A native of Terrace Park, a suburb of Cincinnati, Reed currently resides in Oakley. He attended law school at the University of Dayton School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship. When not in the office Reed enjoys sports, exercise, family trips, and drawing, which requires a different type of focus than legal work.
