Nickolaus R. Herweh Esq.

Nick Herweh was raised in the Cincinnati area, a proud graduate of Moeller High School. He then attended Miami University, majoring in International Studies, with minors in both German and Chinese. While at Miami University, Nick was active with his fraternity, Chi Psi, and served as Alumni Chair. After obtaining his degree, Nick worked for a short time as an account manager in logistics, and later as a paralegal for a Cincinnati law firm, where he realized for sure that a career in law was his calling.

Nick attended The University of Toledo College of Law on the Dean’s Full Merit Scholarship. While pursuing his law degree, Nick served as President for the Business Law Society, Secretary for Delta Theta Phi, and was a Moot Court Competitor. He was also a student attorney for the Toledo Tax Controversy Clinic, where he helped clients navigate through issues with the IRS. Throughout his time in law school, Nick also worked as a law clerk for a personal injury firm in Toledo. Nick always knew he would return to Cincinnati to practice law and represent clients from his hometown.

Nick’s practice at Godbey Law involves a variety of areas, including probate, estate planning, small business representation, and general civil litigation. When Nick is not working you can find him lifting weights at the gym, spending time with his fiancé (Samantha), or hiking with his bernedoodle puppy. Nick and Samantha look forward to becoming Miami Mergers in May of 2021!
