Attorney Sangha was very quick to handle a situation with my mothers Condominium HOA. My mothers front steps were in really bad shape, and to the point where she could have gotten really hurt if they gave out. After many attempts of getting the HOA president to send someone to repair the steps, and g...etting false dates of when it would be done/ignored, I contacted Mr. Sangha. Immediately, this lawyer went into action, he went over the HOA contract and wrote up a letter to the HOA President explaining the situation and setting expectations of when it will get done.
