David Darwin Donnett

Dave Donnett recently handled an eviction case for Industry Cincinnati. He committed malpractice by evicting a disabled tenant and failing to honor the protections afforded to that tenant under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Mr. Donnett carried out the unlawful eviction for the plaintif...f. Then the disabled defendant sued Industry Cincinnati and won a seven figure judgment for damages. This case put Dave Donnett into retirement.

He was supposed to be handling my bankruptcy in 2009 but every time we met he had all my basic personal info incorrect and even still at the point of being in front of the bankruptcy judge.. The next year I started getting bills and lawsuits from all the creditors I had filed the bankruptcy for and t...ook all this to him and he did nothing. Had to get another lawyer to straighten out for me. Never have I come across a more incompetent so called profesional that made it abundantly clear he did not give a crap about helping me or just doing the job he was paid for. Awful experience.
