Extremely organized & thorough

Andrew Emmert proactively reached out to me to appeal for a lower tax-assessed valuation of a property I purchased which I found to be very impressive. From that first written communication I received from Drew to the final email I received recapping the final resolution of real estate tax appeal ca...se, Drew was an excellent written and oral communicator. Both myself and my real estate broker were able to easily produce the documentation Drew needed in a very timely manner as he explained the appeal process and the need for supporting documents very clearly. He also followed up in a timely and concise manner throughout each step of the appeal process taking time to explain each step in detail and as well as the next steps in the process. Finally, I also found his fees/the firm's fees to be very fair. I would 100% recommend Drew to my friends and colleagues without hesitation!

Extremely Satisfied

We hired Drew Emmert based upon a recommendation from our estate planning attorney. We were embarking on buying a lot from a developer, which required a tear down, and then building our custom dream home. After 40 years in the financial business (now retired) we knew there are many complications t...hat can arise when building, starting with ensuring the construction contract with the developer contained all the language to protect our interests throughout the entire 12 month process. Drew counseled with us to first ascertain all we had in mind in building. Throughout the negotiations with the developer's attorney he never waivered in insisting all the protections required were part of the contract. His communication level, expertise, knowledge and follow-up was impeccable. We would recommend Drew Emmert to anyone in need of a top quality real estate attorney.
