In 2010 I had this lawyer for my divorce attorney. I would have likely done better to have done it all myself. On more than one occasion he had absolutely no clue that I needed to be in court so they had to find him and wait for him to show up. I should have known it was a bad idea to use this lawyer... when he recommended my x-wifes lawyer to another potential client right in front of me while I was still being defended by him. I can only speculate that he passed the ball to my x-wife's lawyer because they are padding eachothers pockets though I can't say for sure. The advice he gave was little to nothing and the only thing he really said to me was to answer her lawyers questions. He didn't give me any instructions to help me understand anything going on really. He became more progressively rude as the case went on and on one particular day when I asked how I should make enough money to finish everything he said you'll just need to get another job. The only thing good about this office was the receptionist. She was good at her job so the paperwork was done decently. He was usually unprepared and poorly organised and I lost pretty much everything . I wish I would have fired him but it would've extended my time of fighting and paying bills. Although he was polite at first he didn' do a very good job in my opinion.
