Susan Mineer

Susan is my lawyer in my Divorce case and in subsequent child custody Cases. Susan is very knowledgable and wonderful to work with. She knows what she is doing and helps me to get what I need for myself and my childrens well-being. She has kept me informed and assisted me preparing for the differe...nt Phases we have go through. I have/am used/using her for Divorce with minor children, Child Custody Issues, Domestic Violence against my children (party other than me responsible), and Modification of Decree. I would definately recommend Susan (and have person to person to friends). She lets you know what options are and guides you to the best situation.

Susan was wonderful when helping us with an adoption a couple years ago - we ran into a couple stumbling blocks, but she helped us jump through hoops to adopt our little girl - we couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to help us through our adoption - she is great and we would and do recommend her ...to others!

I would NOT recommend this attorney to use for a divorce or separation. Didn't keep copies of relevant documents submitted to the courts in regards to child visitation or other important issues. When questioned about dates that were agreed to in those documents, she couldn't provide an answer. Eve...n better yet...she billed me for even asking about them! She constantly seems rushed and may be handling too many cases at once. I once appeared for a hearing and was waiting outside the hearing room. She appeared and asked, "Why are you here?" An attorney NEEDS to pay attention to the dates of her own client's hearings!!! My recommendation...find someone else to handle your divorce! You'll be muuuuuch better off!
