Susan Mineer

I have been working as a compassionate voice in family legal affairs in Ohio's Clermont, Brown, and Hamilton counties since 1997. I am experienced in the areas of divorce, dissolution, legal separation, custody and visitation, civil domestic violence, paternity, adoption, simple wills, powers of attorney, living wills, and collaborative family law.

As a family law attorney, my role is to see beyond the technical issues and address the human factors which through understanding lead to positive resolutions. I actively listen to you and empathize with your individual situation.

I provide compassionate and experienced representation. I will guide, counsel, and help you to understand your choices and will work with you to achieve the best solution as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

While I work to resolve family issues amicably through negotiations, in the event trial is necessary I have the legal knowledge, skill, and experience, to represent you.
