Frank did a wonderful job handling my case. He represented me in a messy divorce case in which I was fighting for shared custody of my young daughter. Throughout the whole process he was very knowledgeable and showed alot of empathy toward me and my situation. He was always available to me by phon...e or text if I had questions/issues, and he did a great job of making me feel like I was an important client. He charged me a one-time up front for his services that covered the entirety of the case... This eased my mind because I was never worried about actions being taken just to charge me more money. Overall I was extremely impressed by Frank's professionalism, demeanor, how he handled my case, and how he interacted with me during this 14-month long custody battle. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the same situation as me. He will care for you and fight for you so that you can get fair treatment during a legal issue. HE was positive the opposing side didn't have a case and requested a balloon payment of $3500. After being paid he did not represent myself or my children in their best interest. In fact he gave bad advise, didn't file charges and when he finally filed an order it was the wrong one which even the J...udge who declined his request pointed out. I will be contacting the bar once I prove he mishandled my case in the court its being handled in.
