Maxwell Douglas Kinman

On October the 12,2022 Attorney Kinman called me and told me he and the Veterans Affairs. attorney had reached an agreement that I would receive an extra schedule award and that I should hear something within 30 days. I asked Attorney Kinman to send me a copy of their agreement, but I never heard or ...received anything from him or his associates after repeated phone calls. Around January the second of 2023 I received a letter from the Veteran Affairs. stating claim denied. I have no written evidence of what was said in the agreement to support what he told me. I feel cheated and deceived because Attorney Kinman did not fight for me and refused to contact me to this day. Will, someone please help me find justice?

For years I had been in a situation with the VA where I was attempting to get a service connected death for my deceased husband who was an Army veteran. After being denied 3 appeals on a service connected disability since 2011, I filed an appeal with the U.S. Court of VA appeals and was contacted by Max Kinman to represent me in the appeal.
