Maxwell Douglas Kinman

For years I had been in a situation with the VA where I was attempting to get a service connected death for my deceased husband who was an Army veteran. Everyone with whom I was associated in dealing with the case believed in the case as much as I did, and I believed in it 100 percent. The first VA... attorney and I both did tons of research to prove my case. When she later needed to make plans to retire, I began receiving many letters from other attorneys wishing to represent me. After being denied 3 appeals on a service connected disability since 2011, I filed an appeal with the U.S. Court of VA appeals and was contacted by Max Kinman to represent me in the appeal.
