Maxwell Douglas Kinman

After being denied 3 appeals on a service connected disability since 2011, I filed an appeal with the U.S. Court of VA appeals and was contacted by Max Kinman to represent me in the appeal. I received and OVI charge in 2014 although I was not originally pulled over for an OVI, I was pulled over for something completely different. I Contacted Mr. Kinman and explained my case.
