Kathleen was very hard to get a hold of from the very first time meeting Her. I hired Her three months prior to My very important Child Custody case. I paid Her a flat rate in full at Our first meeting that covered everything: Pre Trial/s, Trial, Meetings, Calls etc.. No hourly rate. From then on, I ...could never get a hold of Her, Her mailbox on Her phone is always full etc.. My pre-trial was today and She did not show up! Never notified the Courts, Myself or the other Party's Attorney. I was very embarrassed! This is very unprofessional and I do not suggest Anyone hire Her! I believe She has taken on far too much of a work load and cannot handle it! Your better off representing Yourself like I had to do because of Her no showing. Her phone was conveniently off all day of Pre-Trial with a full mail box and the day prior She wouldn't answer and then turned Her phone off. Of course Her mailbox is full and there are no other contact numbers.

Kathleen is very compassionate and caring. She was very professional, considerate, and effective. She was a pleasure to work with. She helped me prove harassment and emotional distress to the courts. I wouldn't have been able to do this alone and I'm so glad Kathleen was on our side. She had very fle...xible work hours and she did not charge us an arm and a leg.
