Biography
Practicing almost exclusively in the probate court since opening his practice has allowed Joseph valuable insight to the estate administration, guardianship and adoption process.
Joseph shares an office space his father, Michael P. Braun, a local attorney for almost 40 years and a juvenile court magistrate for Butler County. Though an indendent association of attorneys, the Braun Law Office can provide an experienced yet fresh form of legal representation. Joseph practices estate planning, probate matters, real estate law, and more.
Outside of work, Joseph stays busy with his family hiking and exploring all over the region and teaching his 1 year old son Murdoch the pain of Cincinnati Reds and Bengals fandom. He is involved with Serve City in Hamilton, Ohio on the board of directors and an elected official with the Village of Seven Mile Board of Public Affairs.
