I would not recommend this attorney for nothing. I have a ongoing case as we speak and so far this attorney is making me feel like she is working with the person that I am going to court against. I have paid this attorney up front and now she doesn't even speak to me until the hearing. I can't even g...et ahold of her to discuss issues. And everytime I do get ahold of someone its her secretary. The secretary always tells me ( your attorney is on vacation and can't speak to you). This happened twice in a 2 month period. Her vacations lasted at least 2 week each time I have tryed to speak to her. But when I do get ahold of her, she acts like these issues doesn't even matter and wouldn't even come up in court. Sad part about that is those issues comes up in the court hearing and she is then puzzeled. Another issue that is making me despise this attorney is that the other party doesn't even have an attorney to represent him and everything that he has asked in court is so far being granted. I highly don't recommend this attorney to no one. Look for someone else. Save your money for a better attorney that knows how to defend you in court. Because this one is worthly

I started my divorce case with another attorney -- had a CPO against me and was paying $1,000 in child support and $1,000 in alimony. Needless to say I was not happy. I immediately went to Shelly and she got the ball rolling -- took my CPO to trial and got that dismissed and then got my support pay...ments lowered. I wish I would have started with her. Now we are fighting for joint custody. She has always answered my questions and has returned my calls within a day or so. She definitely knows what she is doing and is not afraid of anyone. I would recommend her.
